A professional street vendor is a natural person who engages in outdoor trade by offering for sale the items defined by decision of Article 66(2) of Law 4849/2021 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 207), which do not originate from own production, and to whom an operating licence has been granted by a competent authority. Street vending is the conduct of outdoor commercial activity by a seller who moves by any motorised, towed or other means of movement.
