In case the will is special, the above court is required to declare it as the \"main one\". If there is no will, the new Entity must declare the bequest number (articles 1956 of the Civil Code). Until the issuance of the inheritance, it is possible to declare a change of notification in the name of the interested party, provided that a declaration (or e-mail) to the relevant municipality of a certificate of close relatives and solemn declarations stating the continuation of the activity by the specific individual. The new entity is responsible for the operation of the store from the day of the declaration change. The new Entity must present the above documents to the competent audit authorities if requested.",
