The issuance or withdrawal of the operating licence for the ‘port service station’ shall be duly notified to the applicant, the competent department of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, the local Port Authority, the local Police Department, the relevant Fire Department, the local Tax Office, the relevant Regional Directorate of Development and the competent department responsible for keeping the Independent Authority for Public Revenue system register of inflows and outflows hosted by the General Secretariat for Information Systems. Before the expiry of any certificate, the licensee is required to submit a new valid document in order to continue operating to the competent department of the authority.
