Check the deGenAi CLI setup:

Show the user the wallet address, USDC and ETH balances on Base, and API status. If `DEGENAI_PRIVATE_KEY` is missing, tell them how to set it (use a hot wallet, fund with $5–10 of USDC on Base). If they're set up but USDC=0, point them to bridging USDC to Base via Coinbase.
