# Proprietary Software License Agreement

## License Grant

**Customer Acknowledgement**: The customer acknowledges and agrees that this SDK uses proprietary software ("**Software**") owned by **DataChecker B.V.**, and the customer is being granted an individual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

## Restrictions

The Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following restrictions:

- **No Discovery of Source Code**: The Customer, its employees, and agents are expressly prohibited, directly or indirectly, from attempting to discover the source code, underlying algorithms, or technology of the Software.
- **No Redistribution**: The Customer is not allowed to rent, lease, sell, assign, or transfer rights to the Software.
- **No Modification**: The Customer is prohibited from modifying or making derivative works based on the Software.
- **No Unauthorized Use**: The Software may not be used in any service bureau, timeshare capacity, or for any unauthorized purpose.

## Ownership

**DataChecker B.V. Ownership**: The Customer acknowledges that DataChecker B.V. is the exclusive owner throughout the world of the Software, including subparts, additions, extensions, versions, updates, and copies. All rights not expressly granted to the Customer are reserved by DataChecker B.V.

## Rights Reserved

**Modifications and Updates**: DataChecker B.V. reserves the right to modify its software within its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
