## Fixed

- **`GdeltRateLimiter.acquire()` abort-signal propagation** — accepts an optional `AbortSignal`; rejects immediately when already aborted and splices the queued entry on abort, unblocking subsequent callers rather than holding the slot for the full delay. `gdeltFetch` passes `ctx.signal` through.
