# Agentia CLI Changelog

All published sections are mapped to immutable npm publication metadata. New user-visible changes belong under Unreleased.

## [Unreleased]

## [1.2.0] - 2026-10-28

### Added

- Automatic proxy support: Agentia honors `HTTPS_PROXY`, `HTTP_PROXY`, `NO_PROXY`, and npm-style proxy environment variables on CICD, AI, CRT, Pipelines Advanced, version check, plugin trust, and CRT live WebSocket traffic, with proxy-aware transport errors and masked proxy credentials in debug output.
- `cicd work get`, `cicd work create`, and `cicd work update` (and MCP `agentia_work_get`, `agentia_work_create`, `agentia_work_update`) support subscriber User Story `customFields`: get surfaces the gateway read DTOs in human and `--json` output; create/update accept writes via repeatable `--custom-field ApiName=value`, and MCP accepts the same data as a `customFields` array.
- `cicd metadata explore` (experimental; MCP `agentia_metadata_explore`) explores Salesforce metadata through Org Intelligence. `agentia setup` can install the `agentia-metadata` skill for agent workflows.
- `agentia cicd pipeline automation` and `agentia cicd pipeline quality-gate` manage Copado pipeline automation rules and quality gates (list, get, create, update, delete, activate, deactivate, open), with matching MCP tools.
- `agentia cicd extension-configuration list|get|open` reads Copado extension configurations and opens them in the browser, with matching MCP list/get tools.
- `agentia setup` writes Claude Code project `.mcp.json` and enables the `agentia` server in `.claude/settings.local.json`, using `AGENTIA_PROJECT_ROOT=${CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR:-}` so Claude expands the project directory at runtime.
- `cicd credential open`, `cicd credential auth status`, and `cicd credential auth web login` operate on a credential ID without requiring an environment ID. MCP adds `agentia_credential_auth_status`.

### Changed

- Consolidate Copado Robotic Testing job definitions, files, and runs under `agentia testing job`: `testing job create|update|run|list|get|delete|refs`, `testing job files list|upload|download`, `testing job runs list|search|get|logs|abort`, and `testing job schedule get|set|remove`. Older `testing create|update|status|logs|run`, `testing test ...`, `testing build ...`, and `testing job files|upload|download` forms remain as hidden deprecated aliases that print a migration warning.
- `testing job run` now waits for a terminal CRT build result and streams sanitized Robot Framework logs by default in human output (printing `Run ID:` and a `Run is queued...` progress indicator while queued, treating `finished` as a transitional status during polling, and exiting nonzero when the run does not succeed unless `--no-exit-code` is set). Use `--no-wait` to return once queued (`--wait-for-result` is a deprecated alias for `--wait`), or `--no-stream-logs` to show a spinner instead; `--datatable` batch runs never wait, `--save-artifacts` and `--xunit` require waiting, and `--json` never streams.
- `testing job runs get` fetches the full build record in human output so the summary includes xUnit test totals, while `--json` continues to return the compact record unless `--full` is passed.
- Rename CRT file and run MCP tools to `agentia_testing_job_files_list`, `agentia_testing_job_files_upload`, `agentia_testing_job_files_download`, `agentia_testing_job_runs_list`, `agentia_testing_job_runs_get`, `agentia_testing_job_runs_search`, `agentia_testing_job_runs_logs`, and `agentia_testing_job_runs_abort`, and remove duplicate `agentia_testing_build_*`, `agentia_testing_create|update|run|status|logs`, and `agentia_testing_job_files|upload|download` tools.
- Remove `testing job run --watch`. `testing project create` always creates project type `ta` and no longer accepts `--type`, `--executor`, or `--dashboard-id`. Job create and update use `--show-video-params` / `--no-show-video-params` in place of `--hide-video-params`.
- `agentia_testing_job_run` still does not wait unless `waitForResult` or `streamLogs` is set, and it rejects those options on data-driven runs. The CLI waits by default and skips waiting for `--datatable` batches.
- `cicd work publish` (and `cicd work push`) sends nested metadata deletions in `changeListUpdate` as `Delete` instead of `Del`, matching the gateway action name.
- `agentia setup` no longer asks for skill folders after declining skills when `AGENTS.md` still has a legacy Agentia section.
- `agentia setup` `--skip-auth` help and descriptions mention Claude Code MCP alongside Cursor.
- `agentia setup` prints a yellow, non-blocking warning when the Salesforce CLI (`sf`) or the recommended Salesforce Skills are not installed, with the `sf` install command and links to the Copado docs and the Salesforce Skills site.
- `cicd credential list` with optional `--name` and cursor pagination instead of requiring `--environmentid`.
- `cicd credential update` and MCP `agentia_credential_update` no longer require an environment ID; they resolve environment and org type from the credential.
- `cicd environment open` opens environments only; use `cicd credential open` for credentials.
- `cicd environment auth status` and `cicd environment auth web login` (and MCP `agentia_environment_auth_status`) accept `--credentialid` / `credentialId` without an environment ID and resolve the environment from the credential.
- Installed plugins can contribute agent skills through an `agentia:contribute` hook. `agentia setup skills list` shows what plugins offer and why invalid skills are skipped, interactive `setup skills create` lets you tick plugin skills (none preselected), `setup skills create|update --plugin <name>` installs them headless, and `setup skills update` refreshes plugin skills already in the project and warns about skills whose plugin was removed; `setup skills update --prune` deletes those orphaned plugin skills. Plugin skills are Markdown only and validated before install.
- `agentia ai agent ask|chat` and MCP `agentia_ai_ask` default to the Orchestrate agent, which routes work to the right specialist; `--agent` is optional and still accepts `plan`, `build`, `test`, `release`, `operate`, or `knowledge`. The plugin SDK `host.ai.ask` follows the same default; plugins that need the previous behavior pass `agent: 'knowledge'`.

### Fixed

- `cicd work set` (and MCP `agentia_work_set`) no longer warns about a missing CICD project default credential when the User Story already has a source credential. When the Story is unbound, the warning points at `work update --source-credential` instead of implying that setting a project default alone binds the Story.
- TLS and other network transport failures during CICD, AI, CRT, and Pipelines Advanced auth, setup, discovery, and gateway requests now surface the OpenSSL or errno code with a clear network/certificate diagnosis instead of a generic “credentials could not be validated” message. Issuer and self-signed certificate failures include the `NODE_USE_SYSTEM_CA=1` workaround.
- `cicd work deployment-step create` and its interactive wizard no longer accept or prompt for a queue name on Manual Task steps.

## [1.1.0] - 2026-10-21

### Added

- `agentia cicd extension create|validate|package|publish|install|uninstall` packages Copado CICD extensions as git-hosted bundles (`copado/extension_manifest.json`, functions, job templates, optional `force-app`), publishes annotated semver tags (including `--local` offline tags), installs from a git URL or local path, and uninstalls by deleting listed assets. Function and job-template file upserts pass through unknown custom fields.
- `cicd work get` accepts `--committed-metadata` (MCP `committedMetadata`) to fetch Copado committed metadata for the user story in parallel and include it in human and `--json` output.
- `agentia cicd work --help` and `cicd work set|publish|submit --help` document the local development flow (`set` → commit → `test` → `publish` → `submit` → optional `environment-sync` → `submit --done`).
- `cicd work environment-sync` stores `lastEnvironmentSyncName` so `--continue` / `--abort` can omit `--promotion`; cleared on successful sync, abort, and every `cicd work set`.

### Changed

- `agentia setup` and `agentia setup skills create|update` install target-specific Agentia routing artifacts (Cursor rules, a Claude routing skill, or a portable routing skill) instead of synchronizing customer root `AGENTS.md`.
- `agentia setup` asks before removing a legacy Agentia managed section from an existing `AGENTS.md`, and leaves the rest of that file unchanged.
- `cicd cloud commit` (and the hidden `cicd work commit` alias) requires a metadata category: `--metadata-category` for simple flag input, and `c` / `category` on each change for JSON/`--file`/`--stdin` and MCP. Use `SFDX` for Salesforce metadata.
- `cicd work submit` / `--done` / `--deploy` (and MCP equivalents) stop before calling the gateway when the related Commit job ends in `Error` or `Failed`, instead of continuing into an empty Draft promotion.

### Fixed

- `cicd work set` creates local feature branches with `--no-track`, and work publish / other origin pushes use `git push -u`, so a new feature branch no longer tracks `origin/main` (or another base) and instead tracks `origin/<same-branch-name>` after the first push.

## [1.0.0] - 2026-10-19

### Added

- `agentia setup --skip-auth` skips CICD, AI, and CRT authentication prompts and continues with Cursor MCP and project-file setup.
- Protected GitLab manual `prepare-stable` job on main promotes the highest prerelease to a stable `vX.Y.Z` tag (or uses `RELEASE_VERSION`), finalizes `CHANGELOG.md`, and starts the tag pipeline that publishes to npm `latest`.
- `agentia update` can persist an `updateChannel` preference (`rc` or `latest`) in `~/.config/agentia-cli/config.json`: interactive RC-to-stable crossings prompt once; `--channel rc|latest` saves the preference on a successful install so stable users can re-subscribe to prerelease notices.
- After a successful `agentia update` install, warn that projects using Agentia-managed skills should run `agentia setup skills update` in each project.

## [1.0.0-rc.0] - 2026-10-16

### Added

- `cicd work ahead-behind` reports user stories ahead of and behind the next pipeline environment for the project default or a given environment, with `--project` and `--json` support.
- After a successful `cicd work publish`, `cicd work submit` (including `--done` / `--deploy` and MCP equivalents), upload the redacted command transcript as a Salesforce File on the user story (`Local Commit Logs <commitId> <datetime>.txt`) via `/agentia/headless/file/upload`. `cicd work environment-sync` uploads `Environment Sync Logs <promotion> <datetime>.txt` on the back-promotion when sync fails (including merge conflicts) and again after a successful `--continue`. HTTP 404 from that endpoint is ignored until it is rolled out; other upload failures warn only. The deprecated inline `logs` field is no longer sent on headless push or submit request bodies.
- `agentia update --channel rc|latest` forces a one-shot npm dist-tag check without changing the default auto-selection rules.

### Fixed

- `agentia setup` no longer aborts when Agentia skills are enabled but no skill target is checked; the target prompt validates and asks again until at least one is selected.
- When Cursor MCP is already configured in local or global scope, the setup confirm to configure or update MCP defaults to No so Enter does not unnecessarily override an existing entry.
- When Java is not installed or not on `PATH` (or `AGENTIA_JAVA` points at a missing executable), var and yaml replacement during work publish no longer surface a raw `spawn java ENOENT` error. The CLI instead explains that JDK 11 or higher is required and recommends Java 21.

### Changed

- Transition the supported npm prerelease channel from beta to rc, with `1.0.0-rc.0` as the first planned RC release.
- `agentia update` and background version checks auto-select between npm `rc` and `latest`: prerelease installs compare both and pick the highest newer SemVer (so an RC install is notified when stable `latest` ships), while stable installs compare only `latest`.

## [1.0.0-beta.9] - 2026-10-15

### Added

- Add `agentia cicd template` commands and MCP tools (`agentia_template_*`) for Copado Job Templates via CICD Gateway `/release/jobs/templates` (defaults, list, get, upsert, delete), with optional legacy-compatible disk files under `copado/templates/{apiName}.metadata.json`. Story US-0632792 — CLI v1.0.0-beta.9.

### Fixed

- Pipelines Advanced now rejects ignored command flags, emits compact redacted JSON validation errors, preserves identifiers in narrow table output, validates required component input, and preflights unavailable quick deploys. MCP tools use canonical `deploymentId` with compatible aliases, and timeout errors retain the last job while explaining that the remote run continues.

## [1.0.0-beta.8] - 2026-10-15

### Added

- `plugins install` checks each plugin against the public Agentia plugin catalog before installing. Official and Verified plugins install without asking. Other plugins, including ones installed from git, ask first. Use `--allow-unverified` to skip that question when there is no terminal or with `--json`. A revoked plugin, or one that does not match the catalog, is refused. If the catalog cannot be reached, the command warns and the install continues. `plugins link` is unchanged.

## [1.0.0-beta.7] - 2026-10-15

### Fixed

- Pipelines Advanced waited validation, deploy, quick-deploy, and job-wait commands now exit nonzero with sanitized job evidence when the completed run did not succeed. ADV help and public documentation now cover auth scopes, polling/pagination defaults, JSON errors, list/history limits, option conversion, component file shapes, `backupThenDeploy`, MCP arguments, and auth-status output (`US-0633082` — CLI v1.1.0-alpha.0).

## [1.0.0-beta.6] - 2026-10-14

### Added

- `agentia adv` adds Copado Pipelines Advanced support with keychain-only PAT auth (`auth set --adv`), organization, deployment, component, and job commands, matching local MCP tools, and best-effort sanitized gateway event logs (experimental).
- Color human-readable `Error:` and `Warning:` terminal labels and messages (red / yellow) on Agentia commands, init-hook warnings, and plugin-sdk `AgentiaCommand`; `--json` and non-TTY / `NO_COLOR` stay plain.
- `cicd work publish --dry-run` (MCP `agentia_work_publish` `dryRun`) previews commit collection, Copado replacements, and nested metadata detection, logs the would-be `changeListUpdate`, skips commit/push/lock/register/dev-org sync, and restores dirtied tracked files with path-scoped `git restore`.
- Agentia CICD skill guidance to resolve **current** / **active** user story context with `agentia cicd work get --json` (no positional story ID), reuse any fields from the returned story for follow-up work, and stop with the CLI error when no active work item is set (`SKILL.md`, `references/work.md`).
- Agentia CICD skill reference `references/notifications.md` for `agentia cicd notification configure` (Slack pipeline subscriptions).
- MCP tool `agentia_notification_configure` mirroring `cicd notification configure`, with Local MCP Server documentation.
- `agentia cicd notification get` to list the current user's Slack notification subscriptions on a pipeline, with sanitized JSON and table output.
- MCP tool `agentia_notification_get` mirroring `cicd notification get`, with Local MCP Server documentation.
- Plugins can read the signed-in user, the current workspace and project, pipelines, stages, environments, promotions, jobs, and work items. They can also see whether AI is ready, read AI quota, and send one prompt with `ai.ask` (agent `knowledge` by default). Credentials, logs, and file bodies are not included.

## [1.0.0-beta.5] - 2026-10-08

### Added

- `cicd work test` accepts repeatable `-e` / `--env NAME=value` (MCP `agentia_work_test` `env` string array) to inject extra variables into the local quality-gate script environment for custom skips, tool API keys, and similar script-owned knobs. Reserved `AGENTIA_APEX_*` values from dedicated flags still override conflicting `-e` names.

### Changed

- `cicd work test apex` (`-t` / `--apex-test-classes`) is optional. When omitted or empty, the command reports that no Apex tests were specified and exits without calling Salesforce CLI, so quality-gate scripts can pass `-t "${AGENTIA_APEX_TEST_CLASSES}"` unconditionally. MCP `agentia_work_test_apex` matches. Sample Unix/Windows quality-gate scripts no longer wrap that call in an env-var `if`.
- `cicd work test` and `cicd work test apex` accept `--rerun-failed-apex-tests`. Failed Apex runs save `.agentia/apex.tests.<user-story>.json`; a later successful run deletes it. That flag reruns those failed classes (`work test` sets `AGENTIA_APEX_RERUN_FAILED` to `--rerun-failed-apex-tests` or empty for sample quality-gate scripts). MCP uses `rerunFailedApexTests`. Subset reruns merge with the saved failure list so classes not in the run stay queued.
- `cicd work test` / `work submit` always inject `AGENTIA_APEX_TEST_CLASSES` and `AGENTIA_APEX_RERUN_FAILED` into the quality-gate script environment (empty string when the flags are omitted), so `set -u` scripts can expand them without inheriting a stale shell value.
- Sample Unix/Windows quality-gate scripts run `npx sfdx-lwc-jest -- --passWithNoTests` so LWC Jest does not fail when a project has no tests.
- Record plugin activity in the CICD `/eventlog` like AI and CRT traffic. Each plugin host call (`work.getWorkItem`, `organization.healthCheck`, `auth.status`) sends one best-effort event tagged `plugin:<command id>` with the host method name, a placeholder `plugin-host://` URL and the transaction id, and never arguments, results or credentials; delivery failures never affect the plugin call.

### Fixed

- `agentia setup` and `agentia setup skills create|update` no longer preselect portable skills. The target prompt starts with nothing checked, and continuing without a selection is rejected. Headless `--target` and the omitted-target default of `.agents/skills` are unchanged.
- `cicd work test apex` exits with the same process exit code as Salesforce CLI (`sf`), including `100` when Apex tests fail (and other nonzero `sf` codes), instead of always exiting `1`.

## [1.0.0-beta.4] - 2026-10-07

### Added

- Add `agentia runtime`, a bounded custom NDJSON process the Agentia IDE uses to reuse one warm CLI for many invokes instead of starting Node and oclif per call. Runtime command bodies are serialized, stdout/stderr and structured failures are preserved, stdin-consuming commands are rejected, and nested commands publish normal `command.completed` refresh events. This is process amortization, not a login daemon.
- Add a plugin host and the `@copado/agentia-plugin-sdk` package so plugins call Copado through a curated set of domain methods instead of importing CLI internals. The host exposes `work.getWorkItem`, `organization.healthCheck`, `auth.status` (configured/ready/source only), and table formatting; results are allowlisted and redacted, including errors. Plugin requests are labelled `plugin:<command id>`. The SDK ships `AgentiaCommand`, lets a plugin declare the host methods it needs (`getAgentiaHost({requires})`) so an older CLI fails with a clear message, and plugins never receive credentials.

### Removed

- Remove the in-repo `sample_plugin/` directory. Use the reference plugin and generator in the `cli-plugin-generator` repository (`@copado/create-agentia-plugin`) instead.

## [1.0.0-beta.3] - 2026-10-06

### Changed

- Improve repository setup with guided HTTPS, SSH, and OAuth authentication flows. Repository credentials are now configured separately from repository details, stay out of command arguments, and are protected from accidental replacement by default.
- `cicd work environment-sync --json` includes a `logs` array of captured progress (and subprocess stdout/stderr), matching `cicd work publish` and `cicd work submit`.
- `cicd work environment-sync` human output lists committed metadata as `userstory action type name category` lines and no longer prints pathspec tables.
- `cicd work environment-sync` ends human output with `Elapsed: <seconds>s`, matching `cicd work publish` and `cicd work submit`.
- `cicd work environment-sync --continue` commits the in-progress merge when conflicts are resolved and staged but not yet committed (`MERGE_HEAD` present). If you already ran `git commit`, it skips that step and finishes the remaining sync.
- `cicd work submit` (including `--done` / `--deploy` and MCP `agentia_work_submit`) counts user stories ahead and behind the next pipeline environment and warns when stories behind might cause promotion conflicts, advising `agentia cicd work environment-sync` to retrieve and merge the newest changes.
- When merging a feature branch into the dest/dev org branch (`environment-sync` and work publish), remaining conflicts after `-X theirs` are auto-resolved by taking the feature branch (`checkout --theirs`, or `git rm` when that branch deleted the path) and completing the merge commit.

### Fixed

- `cicd project default set --credential` validates the credential from the environment record. The credential resource does not accept GET and returned HTTP 405.
- Surface git stdout and stderr when `cicd work environment-sync` (and related git merge paths) fail, instead of only Node's generic `Command failed: git …` / exit code.

### Fixed

- Default omitted `limit` to `50000` on `cicd data template save-detail` and MCP `agentia_data_template_save_detail` so gateway PUT validation succeeds when a v2 detail omits the field; explicit limits, including `0`, are unchanged (`US-0632625`).

### Fixed

- Resolve local MCP project authentication, defaults, `.env`, and Git context consistently across Cursor, Claude Code, and supported roots-aware local clients; stale Cursor registrations are now upgraded to pass the active workspace root.

## [1.0.0-beta.2] - 2026-10-02

### Added

- Add `--user-stories-ahead-behind` to `cicd work get`. When the user story has a pipeline and source environment with one next environment, it compares ahead/behind counts via `/agentia/headless/work/user-stories-ahead-behind` and includes them in human and `--json` output.
- Require `enableLocalPromote: true` in `.agentia/config.json` (or `.agentia/config.user.json`) before `cicd work promote` runs. The command is experimental because it skips Quality Gates; when the option is missing or not `true`, it fails with an error that tells you to set that option.
- Add `cicd work promote` to create a forward promotion, or a back promotion with `--backpromote --destination-branch`, for one or more user stories. A back promotion infers the destination environment from that pipeline connection branch. The command merges each `feature/<name>` branch in order into `promotion/<promotionName>` created from the destination environment branch, then sets the promotion status to Completed or Merge Conflict. After a merge conflict, resolve the files and re-run `cicd work promote --promotion=<name-or-id> --continue` to commit the merge and finish the remaining stories. The continue hint repeats `--validate` or `--deploy` and `--sf-alias` when the original command used them. `--validate` and `--deploy` require `--sf-alias` and deploy the promotion metadata with `sf project deploy start --test-level NoTestRun`. `--validate` uses `--dry-run`, skips the destination-branch merge, and sets the status to Validated. `--deploy` merges the promotion branch into the destination branch and sets the status to Completed only after that deployment succeeds. User story records are left unchanged.
- Add `cicd work environment-sync`. It creates a Copado `back_promotion` for every user story behind the destination environment. Continue after conflicts with `cicd work environment-sync --promotion=<name> --continue`.
- Add `--abort` to `cicd work promote` and `cicd work environment-sync`. With `--promotion`, it runs `git merge --abort` and patches the promotion status to Draft (`Cancelled` is reserved by Salesforce). Conflict error suggestions include the matching `--abort` command.
- Add organization-scoped governance health checks with optional local git-sizer analysis.

### Changed

- Declare standard MCP tool annotations (`readOnlyHint`, `destructiveHint`, `idempotentHint`, `openWorldHint`) on every Agentia MCP tool so MCP clients can auto-approve safe reads and prompt before destructive tools. The hints are advisory and do not add a server-side confirmation. Tool names, inputs, and outputs are unchanged.
- Rename `cicd work commit` to `cicd cloud commit` so Copado cloud commits are distinct from local work-item commands. `--cloud` is no longer required. `cicd work commit` remains a hidden compatibility alias and still accepts `--cloud`. MCP tools follow the same split (`agentia_cloud_commit`), with `agentia_work_commit` kept as an alias.
- Move Copado cloud promotion runs to `cicd cloud promote` / MCP `agentia_cloud_promote`. `cicd work promote` is the experimental local promotion command (previously drafted as `quick-promote`), not a cloud alias. The former MCP `agentia_work_promote` cloud alias is removed; use `agentia_cloud_promote`.
- `cicd work environment-sync` always syncs every user story behind the destination environment. It no longer accepts user story IDs or `--next-env-branch`. The next environment branch is resolved from `--destination-environment` or `--dev-org-branch`.
- `cicd work submit` (including `--done` / `--deploy` and MCP `agentia_work_submit`) counts user stories ahead and behind the next pipeline environment and warns when stories behind might cause promotion conflicts.

### Fixed

- Allow `cicd function upsert --file <payload.json> --json` without treating `--json` as a payload flag conflict (`US-0632393` — CLI v1.1.0-alpha.0).
- Show the Salesforce component, file, and problem when `cicd work promote --validate` or `--deploy` fails, instead of only the deploy status.
- Tolerate SSE keepalive comment lines (for example `: heartbeat`) and `data:` prefixes in the Copado AI NDJSON stream instead of failing with `malformed NDJSON`, and keep the received answer with a warning when the stream closes without a `stream_complete` record.
- On a `cicd work set` / `agentia_work_set` gateway warning, clear `lastBaseBranch`, `lastDevOrgBranch`, and `lastPullRequestBaseUrl`, and record `lastWorkItemId`, `lastWorkItem`, and `lastWorkItemTitle` from the returned work item instead of leaving user config unchanged.
- Cast the `tty-table` v7 default export so TypeScript accepts the callable factory used by table formatting after the security bump.

### Security

- Bump `brace-expansion` and bundled `npm` overrides, and apply `npm audit fix --force` (including `tty-table` to v7) so `security:gate` clears the current high advisories.

## [1.0.0-beta.1] - 2026-09-29

### Changed

- Standardize human-readable `auth get` authentication details with the scoped multiline presentation used by `agentia setup`.
- Show global and project-scoped authentication separately when both are configured, with colored authentication section titles.
- Auto-discover the Copado AI domain from an AI PAK and organization ID in `auth set` and interactive setup when no domain is supplied.
- Require a CRT organization ID when storing a CRT PAK, validating or discovering its domain before persistence.

## [1.0.0-beta.0] - 2026-09-23

### Added

- Add create, update, delete, and date/status filtering for CICD projects in the CLI and local MCP server.
- Add `cicd promotion job-step update` and its local MCP counterpart for updating promotion manual tasks.
- Colorize help output with a shipped oclif theme.

### Fixed

- Accept the API-canonical `GitLab` repository provider value when filtering, creating, or updating repositories.
- Validate project, environment, and credential identifiers before saving CICD project defaults.

### Changed

- Transition the supported npm prerelease channel from alpha to beta, with `1.0.0-beta.0` as the first beta release.
- Restrict `cicd work publish --full-metadata` (MCP `fullMetadata`) to Profile, PermissionSet, MutingPermissionSet, CustomObject, and CustomObjectTranslation.
- Restrict `cicd work publish --permissions` (MCP `permissions`) to nested Profile and PermissionSet permission metadata types.
- Wait up to 5 minutes for an in-progress related job whose template name contains Commit before `cicd work submit` and `--done`.

## [0.122.0-alpha.1] - 2026-09-17

### Changed

- Replace boolean AI agent selectors with the `--agent` option (defaulting to `knowledge`); allow `orchestrate` only for interactive chat.
- Resolve cloud work commit platform experience from the related story or pipeline, and enforce work-item field length limits before gateway calls.
- Clarify setup authentication scope as global or project-scoped, spell out Personal Access Key guidance, and ignore additional project-user state in `.gitignore`.
- Format setup authentication details as labeled, multiline blocks for API keys, Personal Access Keys, server URLs, domains, organizations, and workspaces.
- Resolve MCP project authentication from the IDE workspace root and preserve project `.env`/defaults context.
- Make `agentia setup` an interactive-only onboarding command; focused setup subcommands retain their explicit automation flags.
