Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of
the CMX software ("Software"), to use the Software for any lawful purpose,

   devices you own or control, for any lawful purpose, without charge.

   Software. You may not distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the
   Software to any third party, except by directing them to the official CMX
   distribution channels.

   No rights to the source code are granted under this license.

6. NO SERVICE GUARANTEE. This license does not constitute a promise of
   continued availability of any hosted service, cloud infrastructure, or
   support. The authors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue
   any associated service at any time.

7. PROVIDER CHARGES. Use of the Software may result in charges from third-party
   AI model providers. You are solely responsible for any such charges incurred
   through your use of the Software.

8. TERMINATION. This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under
   this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to
   comply with any of its terms.
