Types: `feature/`|`feat/`, `bugfix/`|`fix/`, `hotfix/`, `release/`, `chore/`.
Rules: lowercase; hyphens only; no special chars; no consecutive or leading/
trailing separators; dots only in `release/`; include ticket ID; be specific;
no personal names; under 50 chars.
