- `CLAUDE.md` → `GEMINI.md` with updated references
- Created `.gemini/` directory structure

- Added `.gemini/agents.json` with agent definitions
- Removed original `.claude/` directory after archiving

### ✅ Step 3: Comprehensive .gitignore - COMPLETED
**Created production-ready .gitignore covering:**
