# Subscribers

Manage the subscriber lifecycle on the Carrier MVNO.

Parse the action + target from `$ARGUMENTS`.

- **list** → `list_subscribers` (paginate; summarize status, plan, last activity).
- **view / diagnose** → `get_subscriber` + `diagnose_subscriber` for a full health picture (status, balance, active packages, recent network events).
- **suspend / resume / terminate** → `modify_subscriber_status` with the appropriate state. **Confirm the exact subscriber and the destructive action before executing.**
- **contact / plan changes** → `modify_subscriber_contact_info`, `modify_subscriber_mobile_plan`, `modify_subscriber_voip_plan`, `affect_subscriber_phone_number`.
- **location** → `get_subscriber_location` / `get_subscriber_location_by_cell_id`.

Always echo back the before/after state. For any status change affecting live service, require explicit confirmation naming the subscriber.
