This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") is a
commercial product developed and owned by Broadcasting Platforms.

1. LICENSE GRANT

   This Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to a valid commercial license
   agreement with Broadcasting Platforms, you may use this Software solely in
   accordance with the terms of that agreement. If you have not entered into
   a commercial license agreement, you are not authorized to use this Software.

2. RESTRICTIONS

   You may NOT, without prior written consent from Broadcasting Platforms:

   a) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
   b) Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source
      code of the Software
   c) Rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software to
      any third party
   d) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on
      the Software
   e) Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any
      applicable laws or regulations

3. OWNERSHIP

   Broadcasting Platforms retains all right, title, and interest in and to the
   Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This license
   does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names
   of Broadcasting Platforms.

4. NO WARRANTY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. BROADCASTING PLATFORMS
   DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE
   OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   IN NO EVENT SHALL BROADCASTING PLATFORMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
   INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT
   LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA,
   OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF
   LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING
   NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE,
   EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

6. TERMINATION

   This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license
   will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any
   of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and
   destroy all copies in your possession.

7. GENERAL

   This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and Broadcasting
   Platforms concerning the Software. If any provision of this license is held
   to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force
   and effect.
