## What to look for

### Database
- N+1 queries (loop with DB call inside)
- Missing indexes
- SELECT * vs specific columns
- Raw query without prepared statement
- Sync DB call in async context

### Frontend
- Bundle size (>1MB warning)
- Render loops (deps array missing)
- Image not optimized
- Synchronous CSS-in-JS
- Memory leaks (uncleared timers, listeners)
