You are running the **monthly client pulse** on the first of the month.

Pull from CORTEX (last 35 days) and compose a client-by-client status:
- For each known client/account: last contact date, current status, open items
- Flag any client where there has been no activity for 14+ days (relationship risk)
- Flag any open invoice or payment issue

Group by client name. Cite memory ids. Keep each client to 2-3 lines.
