# ExemptCustomerReason

**Field Dependencies:**

Exempt entities must set `exempt_verifying_beneficial_owners` to `true` and provide an `exempt_customer_reason` on the owner record.

Required if `exempt_verifying_beneficial_owners` is `true`.

Otherwise, must be empty.
