Finds a suitable opponent for the requesting player and removes them from the queue.
Parameters
- requestingPlayerUsername: MatchmakingCandidate
  the id of the requesting player
Returns Promise<MatchmakingCandidate>
the suitable opponent, or undefined if no suitable opponent is found
