## Historical fusion gate result

- PASS：15/18 項。
- 融合新引入的退步（regression，已於流程中阻擋/回滾）：無。
- 融合前即存在的基準債（preexisting，非本次引入，列為 limitation）：structure、workflow_contract。
- 仍為 FAIL 的審計：structure、workflow_contract。

## Remaining risk

- 融合採以「融合前快照 vs 融合後」差異比對歸因：只有新引入的退步才回滾，既有基準債保留並列為 limitation。
- benchmark 證據缺時，ROI / live integration / 跨 host 效能等對外宣稱仍需另補。
