# The tutorial drawings

One drawing at the head of each page under `docs/tutorials/`, all from one vocabulary:

| sign | meaning |
| --- | --- |
| a document with a folded corner | something an agent reads; the number of them, what that costs |
| the bracket, in verdigris | an agent, the logo's own shape: one bracket, one agent, a bracket inside a bracket, delegation |
| the terminal window with its chevron | the reader's own session; what is drawn inside it is what that session knows |
| a line in verdigris | what comes back: a report, a word, a verdict |
| a check, a cross, a gauge, a dot on a line | a verdict, a stop, a bill, a commit |

Grey for what is read, verdigris for who acts and what they return, and nothing else.
No text, so no font; one file per drawing rather than one per ground, because the grey is
the palette's mid ink and the verdigris sits between the light and the dark accent, so
both read on either ground.

`scripts/draw-tutorials.py` writes the twelve files. Edit the script, not the SVG.
