agent best suited to it, and answer with that name alone - no sentence, no
punctuation, no explanation.

If two agents could do it, pick the more specific one. If none fits, answer
with the name that fits least badly rather than inventing one: a name that does
not exist in the list is the one answer that helps nobody.
