# ADR-040: V3 QE Agentic-Flow Deep Integration

## Context

The existing `v3-qe-integration` skill provides basic cross-domain integration but lacks the deep agentic-flow integration patterns from `v3-integration-deep`. Current issues:

1. No SONA learning mode integration for QE
2. Missing Flash Attention optimizations (2.49x-7.47x speedup)
3. Code duplication between QE and claude-flow
4. Limited RL algorithm support (only 2 of 9 available)
5. No unified embedding infrastructure

## Decision

Create an enhanced `v3-qe-agentic-flow-integration` skill that implements:

1. **SONA Learning Integration**
   - Self-Optimizing Neural Architecture for QE
   - <0.05ms adaptation time
   - Pattern recognition for test generation
   - Defect prediction models

2. **Flash Attention for QE**
   - 2.49x-7.47x speedup for QE workloads
   - Optimized attention patterns for:
     - Code similarity search
     - Test case embedding
     - Defect pattern matching

3. **Code Deduplication Strategy**
   - Identify shared utilities between QE and claude-flow
   - Create unified base modules
   - QE extends base with domain-specific logic

4. **Extended RL Algorithm Support**
   - Decision Transformer for test prioritization
   - Q-Learning for coverage optimization
   - SARSA for defect prediction
   - Actor-Critic for quality gate decisions
   - Policy Gradient for resource allocation
   - DQN for parallel execution scheduling
   - PPO for adaptive thresholds
   - A2C for fleet coordination
