### Fixed
- Fixed false-positive `OperationOutcomeIssue` errors for `toString()` and similar single-item FHIRPath functions in repeat group `initialExpression`s. Children of repeating `itemPopulationContext` groups are now excluded from global pre-evaluation and are always evaluated against the correctly scoped per-item context; children of non-repeating `itemPopulationContext` groups continue to be evaluated globally.
- Increased populate operation timeout to 30 seconds, reducing false "Form not populated" errors caused by transient server slowness (e.g. cold caches on first use).

- Enable the FHIRPath `resolve()` function. The `fhirServerUrl` is now threaded through FHIRPath evaluations, allowing expressions that use `resolve()` to fetch referenced resources from the FHIR server. This also includes an upgrade of the `fhirpath` dependency from v3 to v4. See issue [#1806](https://github.com/aehrc/smart-forms/issues/1806)
### Fixed
- Fixed `$lookup` not being performed for all codings in repeat group instances by moving display value lookup to operate on the final QuestionnaireResponse items rather than on initial expressions. See issue [#1833](https://github.com/aehrc/smart-forms/issues/1833)

### Fixed
- Relaxed restriction on `fhirContext` launch context entries - `type` is no longer required. Resource type is now inferred from the `reference` if `type` is not provided.

- Make error handling in fhirpath evaluations more lenient (remove e instanceof Error check), due to fhirpath.js async evaluation returning a string error message instead of an Error object which results in the error being muted on development builds (surprising it works on production).
- Remove unnecessary (or even wrong) client-side sorting based on effectiveDates and recordedDate in Observation and Conditions respectively.
- Reduce bundle size by removing tests and tets data from published package.
