YuriRTC dual-use disclosure

This package contains the YuriRTC browser client and service worker. It transports
requests and responses for a site operator's hosted web content over WebRTC data
channels to a content node configured by that operator. The service worker
reconstructs same-origin responses within its registered deployment scope, and
the distributed browser bundles are minified and obfuscated.

These capabilities are security-relevant and may resemble software used to move
traffic through restrictive networks. They are intended only for legitimate,
authorized hosting and access to content. They must not be used to bypass access
controls, monitoring, organizational policy, or network restrictions without the
authorization of the affected users and system or network owners.
