`pi-dual-compaction` includes code derived from
[`deephbz/pi-openai-blackmagic-compact`](https://github.com/deephbz/pi-openai-blackmagic-compact),
Copyright (c) 2026 HyperCarrier contributors, used under the MIT License included
in this repository.

The derived portions include the official OpenAI/Azure/Codex protocol adapters,
provider-surface allowlisting, canonical Pi serializer probe, checkpoint integrity
validation, and request replay matching. They have been modified to retain a
portable Pi summary and support cross-provider continuation.
