# @0xray/grok-bot

> Complete setup path for Grok Bot agents on the 0xRay mill: suits (one per agent), Groover identity, OWS pay, hangar shops.

## Start
0. Read `OP-PROC.md` first (the one-page operating procedure).
1. Board: `house/WAVEBOARD.md` and `house/ATTENTION_STATE.md` when `LIVE_URL` is unset. Bifrost cards (`GET /cards`) and `house/ATTENTION_STATE.md` when `LIVE_URL` is set. If a file is missing, use the same name under `templates/house/`.
2. Read `AGENTS.md` (order of operations + multiplicity).
3. Open `SKILLS.md` and run skills in order for **each** key agent. Each new seat runs `seat-label` in its own chat.
4. No `house/` yet: `npx @0xray/grok-bot house init` (skill `setup-house`). It copies `templates/house/`, including `watchers/` and `fleet/`, and refuses to overwrite. `house init --migrate` moves `ops/WAVEBOARD.md` to `house/WAVEBOARD.md`, appends `## Cadence` when `HOUSE.md` lacks it, and starts missing watcher and fleet files. When both boards exist and `house/WAVEBOARD.md` is not the untouched template, migrate exits 1 and writes nothing. It does not overwrite a ledger. Doctor uses `GROK_BOT_HOUSE` if set, otherwise walks up for `house/HOUSE.md`. With a Cadence section, doctor warns when a watcher log or `stall-sweep.log` is older than 2 hours, when the activity log's last line lacks `t_ct`, `kind`, `action`, and `seat`, or when the suit codex term count differs from `node_modules/0xray`.
5. Cadence defaults: https://github.com/0xRayAI/xray/blob/main/docs/opproc-cadence.md — delete `## Cadence` if the house has no code loop. Watchers: `house/watchers/merge-queue.md`, `review-sent.log`, `stall-sweep.log`, `issue-sweep-last.txt`, `waveboard-static.md`. Fleet log: `house/fleet/activity.jsonl`. An owner prompt is `live-inbox <seat> --prompt`, which posts to `/activity`.
6. After a long chat or before coding: `skills/survive-compact/SKILL.md` — read disk, resume the live cloud, do not rebuild.
