These terms apply to all features of GhostLink including the web proxy, games, AI terminal, custom apps, and the app marketplace. --- ## 01 / Acceptance of Terms GhostLink is a browser-based platform that provides access to a web proxy, online games, an AI terminal interface, custom HTML application hosting, and a community app marketplace. By using this Service in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. GhostLink reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. --- ## 02 / Eligibility There is no minimum age requirement to use GhostLink. However, by using the Service, you represent that your use complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you are responsible for ensuring you have any necessary parental or guardian consent required by your local laws. Access to GhostLink from jurisdictions where the Service or any of its features are prohibited by law is done solely at the user's own risk. --- ## 03 / Web Proxy โ€” Permitted Use GhostLink includes a web proxy powered by open-source technology (ScramJet / BareMux). This proxy is provided strictly for the following purposes: - Accessing publicly available content on the internet - Bypassing network-level restrictions in educational or institutional settings - General privacy-conscious browsing of lawful content You agree that you will **not** use the proxy to: - Access, transmit, or distribute illegal or unauthorized content - Circumvent security controls for malicious purposes - Scrape, harvest, or exfiltrate data from third-party services in violation of their terms - Engage in any activity that violates applicable law - Conduct phishing, fraud, or social engineering attacks - Transmit malware, spyware, or other harmful code > **Disclaimer:** GhostLink does not log, store, or inspect proxied traffic. All content accessed via the proxy is the sole responsibility of the user. GhostLink is not liable for any third-party content accessed through the proxy. --- ## 04 / Games & Hosted Content GhostLink provides access to a browser-based games library. **GhostLink does not own, operate, or control this games library.** The games catalog is maintained independently, and GhostLink takes no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, availability, or safety of any game content. GhostLink is simply a frontend that points to an externally managed library. If you have a copyright concern regarding a specific game, you must direct your claim to the games library maintainer โ€” **not** to GhostLink. See the DMCA Policy for details. You agree not to exploit, cheat, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse hosted game content in any manner that negatively affects other users or the platform's infrastructure. --- ## 05 / AI Terminal The AI Terminal feature within GhostLink provides access to AI-powered capabilities. Use of the AI Terminal is subject to the terms and acceptable use policies of the underlying AI provider(s). You agree not to use the AI Terminal to: - Generate harmful, abusive, hateful, or illegal content - Attempt to jailbreak or circumvent AI safety systems - Automate spam or harassment campaigns --- ## 06 / Custom Apps & Marketplace GhostLink allows users to install and run custom HTML applications, and to browse community-submitted apps in the App Registry (Marketplace). You are solely responsible for the custom content you install or submit. By submitting content to the Marketplace, you grant GhostLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content through the Service. GhostLink reserves the right to remove any content from the Marketplace at its sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or applicable law. --- ## 07 / Cloaking & Tab Disguise Features GhostLink includes features such as tab title cloaking and panic key shortcuts. These features are provided as a convenience and are not intended to facilitate deception for unlawful purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use these features. --- ## 08 / Prohibited Conduct In addition to prohibitions stated elsewhere in these Terms, you agree not to: - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to GhostLink's systems or infrastructure - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service - Use automated bots or scrapers to interact with the Service - Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law - Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with GhostLink --- ## 09 / Intellectual Property GhostLink and its associated branding, logo, and original content are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Third-party games, tools, and content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to GhostLink's trademarks or proprietary content. Open-source components used by GhostLink are subject to their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.). GHOSTLINK MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING UPTIME, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. --- ## 11 / Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GHOSTLINK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES. --- ## 12 / Termination GhostLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, without notice and at its sole discretion.
