Implement the generic ```Mutable<T>``` which makes all properties in ```T``` mutable (not readonly).

For example

```typescript
interface Todo {
  readonly title: string
  readonly description: string
  readonly completed: boolean
}

type MutableTodo = Mutable<Todo> // { title: string; description: string; completed: boolean; }

```
