Replace the `camelCase` or `PascalCase` string with `kebab-case`.
`FooBarBaz` -> `foo-bar-baz`
For example

type FooBarBaz = KebabCase<"FooBarBaz">
const foobarbaz: FooBarBaz = "foo-bar-baz"
type DoNothing = KebabCase<"do-nothing">
const doNothing: DoNothing = "do-nothing"
