Implement the built-in `Pick` generic without using it.
Constructs a type by picking the set of properties `K` from `T`
For example:
```ts
interface Todo {
title: string
description: string
completed: boolean
}
type TodoPreview = MyPick
const todo: TodoPreview = {
title: 'Clean room',
completed: false,
}
```
