# Privacy Policy for Genz Snap

This Privacy Policy applies to the **Genz Snap** mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application", "we", "us", or "our") created by **YCventure**. This service is intended for use "as is".

### 1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Application, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. 

**Data Collected via Third-Party Services:**
Our app utilizes Supabase as a backend service to deliver prompt categories and text prompts to your device. When you use the app, we may collect anonymous usage data and log data (such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, and the time and date of your use) to ensure the Application functions correctly. 

We **do not** collect, store, or process any photos, camera data, or files from your local device storage. 

### 2. Advertising and Analytics

Our Application uses third-party advertising networks, specifically ironSource LevelPlay (Unity), to display advertisements. To serve personalized ads, analyze ad performance, and prevent fraud, these third-party SDKs may collect and transmit certain data, including:
- **Advertising ID / Device IDs**: A unique, user-resettable ID for advertising (such as the Android Advertising ID).
- **Installed Applications / Apps on Device**: Information regarding the applications currently installed on your device. This is used by our advertising partners for ad targeting, campaign attribution, and fraud prevention. Furthermore, our Application natively queries for specific installed apps (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) to enable the seamless launching of these tools directly from our app.
- **Usage Data**: Information about your interactions with the app and advertisements.
- **Device Information**: Information about your device, OS, and network.

This data is processed and shared with our advertising partners for marketing, advertising, and analytical purposes. You can opt-out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy or Google settings. Please review the privacy policy of our partner (ironSource / Unity) for more detailed information.

### 3. External Links and Third-Party Apps

Our Application contains features that allow you to copy text prompts and launch external third-party artificial intelligence applications (such as ChatGPT by OpenAI or Gemini by Google). If you choose to launch these external applications or click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site or app. 

Note that these external sites and applications are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites and applications. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

### 4. Security

We value your trust in providing us your information. We use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including encrypting network requests in transit (HTTPS). However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

### 5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
