Hey swyx — built doc-wiki, Apache 2.0 Claude Code plugin that's the
enterprise-codebase execution of Karpathy's LLM Wiki pattern. Hit Show
HN Tuesday (news.ycombinator.com/item?id=<HN_ID>); now at <N> stars.

Why I'm writing: this might be the "wiki layer" angle for whatever
your Claude Code / agent-tooling episode is in the pipeline — with a
twist: I benchmarked my own tool (92 ticket pairs, SWE-bench-style,
container-isolated) and it did NOT lift autonomous ticket-fix rate.
Published the null in full in the repo. The interesting story is what
context layers actually do vs what we assume they do — artifact +
human-in-the-loop vs autonomous magic.

- **DM, not reply-thread.** swyx gets hundreds of public mentions a week; DMs from people who clearly know his work get read.
- **The "your pipeline" framing is real.** Latent Space episodes are usually about a specific angle, not a tool tour. The pitch is "I might be the data point your next angle needs."

- **Hit-rate:** 20–30% he reads, 5–10% he engages, 1–3% he books an episode. Even no-response is fine — he saves DMs and revisits.
