### Quick Start

```bash
# Qdrant (required for RAG features)
cd docker/qdrant
cp .env.example .env
docker compose up -d

# LangFuse (optional - for observability)
cd docker/langfuse
cp .env.example .env
# Edit .env and generate secrets
docker compose up -d
```
