The claim (LIVE_VERIFICATION.md): an operator can compute the digests Hangar
enforces, write them into the configuration, and be told when a server stops
matching them -- using the released command, not an internal API.

Why it belongs in this tier rather than the unit suite: `pin` is the half of
digest pinning that *starts real servers*. Its answer comes from a subprocess
handshake and a `tools/list`, and the digests must come from the same
`compute_tool_digest` the gate compares against. A unit test can only prove the
arithmetic agrees with itself; this proves the command, the launcher and the
gate agree with each other.

The drift is produced the way a real one arrives -- the upstream's own answer
changes between two runs (`RUG_DESC` on `examples/rugpull`), with the
configuration untouched. A poisoned *description* is the version that alters no
parameter, which is why the digest covers it.

Skip-safe: skips (never fails) when the demo upstream is missing. Without this
