**What:** Creates tasks from an Athena plan, executes with dependency ordering, stops at mandatory gates.
**Usage:** `/praxis [plan-name]`
**Agents:** Zeus → Hermes/Aphrodite/Demeter → Themis → Mnemosyne
**Gates:** Plan approval → Phase review → Git commit
