All brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on thesvg.org are the property of their respective owners. thesvg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands whose icons appear in our library.

## Purpose

Icons in this library are provided strictly for **identification and development purposes** - helping developers and designers reference brand assets in their projects. This is consistent with nominative fair use of trademarks.

We encourage users to review each brand's official guidelines before using their logo in production:

- Check the brand's press kit or media page for official assets
- Follow any usage guidelines the brand provides
- When in doubt, use the brand's official assets from their website

## For Brand Owners

We respect your intellectual property. If you are a brand owner or authorized representative and would like to:

- **Request removal** of your brand's icon from our library
- **Update** your brand's icon to a newer version
- **Add usage guidelines** that we should link to

We take all trademark requests seriously and will respond within 48 hours. Removal requests are honored promptly, typically within 24 hours.

## Copyright (DMCA) Takedown Process

If you believe any content on thesvg.org infringes your copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):

1. Send a written notice to **support@glincker.com** identifying:
   - The copyrighted material in question
   - Your contact information
   - A statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
2. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
3. We will remove the identified material within 24 hours of verification

## Contributors

When submitting icons, contributors must ensure:

- The icon is an accurate representation of the brand's official logo
- The submission does not include modified or fan-made versions
- They have reviewed the brand's public guidelines (if available)

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any icon that does not meet these standards.
