What this covers

This policy applies to Android games published by Thinking in Code on Google Play (the “One Rule” pocket games and related titles).

Data we process

• App activity: game scores, best scores stored on your device, and basic usage events (for example: opened title screen, started a run, ended a run) if analytics is enabled.
• Advertising: if ads are shown, Google AdMob and related partners may process device identifiers, approximate location, IP address, and interaction with ads, subject to your consent choices in the EU/EEA/UK.
• Diagnostics: crash or performance data may be collected by Google Play services.

We do not require you to create an account. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal bases (GDPR)

• Consent for personalized advertising (via the in-app consent form where required).
• Legitimate interests for non-personalized ads (where allowed), security, and basic analytics needed to operate the apps.
• Contract / service delivery for storing your local best score on device.

Ads and consent

In the EU/EEA/UK we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) so you can accept or decline personalized ads. You can change your choice later in the system or in-app settings where offered. Declining personalized ads may still allow non-personalized ads.

Retention

Local best scores remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Analytics and ad data are retained by Google according to their policies.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP). Contact us at office@thinking-in-code.com.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by local law). Do not use the apps if you are under that age.

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
