# Imprint implementation notes

The public imprint uses only the supplied operator name, brand, postal address and email. Andreas Dittes is treated as an individual operator, pending confirmation. It is not a certification of complete legal compliance.

Before publication, confirm whether a VAT identification number, economic identification number, commercial-register entry, regulated profession, or supervisory authority applies. Confirm a means of rapid direct communication in addition to email where needed (for example telephone or a promptly answered contact form). No unconfirmed details or dispute-resolution participation declarations were invented.
