Python MCP Server Implementation.

## Setup

1.  Ensure Python 3 is installed.
2.  Create a virtual environment: python -m venv .venv
3.  Activate the virtual environment:
    - Windows (PowerShell): .\.venv\Scripts\Activate.ps1
    - Windows (Cmd): .\.venv\Scripts\activate.bat
    - Linux/macOS (Bash/Zsh): source .venv/bin/activate
4.  Install dependencies: pip install -r requirements.txt
