Medium mode for uBlock Origin when blocking 3p-frames and 3p-scripts.

I recommend to use EasyDutch with the default filterlists in [uBlock Origin](https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets) and with this (Dynamic Rules) list.

You can use this filter if you have enabled `Ignore general cosmetic filters` in uBlock Origin but still want some general hiding elements to be used.
